Our team

consists of experienced consultants who work for pro.mara consulting on a full-time or project basis. They base their experience on their prior work in CSR or sustainability departments of global corporations or their consulting experience in renowned international strategy consultancies. Our consultants are supported by a professional back office consisting of our own analysts and researchers as well as selected partners that support our work.

pro.mara consulting is led by Dr. Raik Drews who has more than 15 years of consulting experience with a focus on strategy, processes, CSR and sustainability.

Corporate leadership team

Dr. Raik Drews, Hamburg (Dr. rer. pol., Diploma in Industrial Engineering)

Dr. Raik Drews is is executive director of pro.mara GmbH. His consulting focus is on the development of sustainability strategies, sustainable logistics and production as well as organizational optimization and digitalization of processes in the CSR/sustainability context.

Before founding pro.mara GmbH, Raik has worked as consultant, engagement manager and associate principal within McKinsey & Company's Business Technology Office for more than 5 years. His consulting activities focused on serving clients in technology-oriented high tech, manufacturing systems engineering and logistics industries. Raik studied industrial engineering and acquired extensive knowledge in sustainable logistics and production during his PhD research focusing on efficient production logistics structures at Rostock University.
